Our Loans

LHOME serves homeowners and small business owners across Jefferson County, particularly those who have been turned away by traditional lenders due to credit history, unconventional income, or insufficient collateral.

In general, these are loans that must be repaid. We underwrite each loan carefully to make sure it leaves borrowers in a stronger financial position, never a weaker one. When a loan is repaid, that capital revolves back into the community as a new loan for another Louisville family or business.

Please Note: LHOME offers loan products for both homeowners and small businesses, based on current program availability and funding. The products listed below are currently open for application.
