USPS Art Director Antonio Alcalá was responsible for the ingenious design. "The panel of 20 stamps is a visual puzzle that explains a difficult-to-discern message.
Each colorful square contains a letter in an interesting pattern," USPS said in a statement. You don't have to be a skilled codebreaker to figure out the message. Some of the letters may immediately pop out, while you may need to work a bit more for others.
