The NHS Covid Pass app is working again, but it has come too late for one man who says it made him miss his flight because he was not able to prove his vaccination status.
Because of our play xo wallet There needs to be a fair amount of technique to play, since it's worked out of mathematics, of course it has to be a system.
Chuck Adolphy, who's 24 and from Surrey, arrived at London's Gatwick Airport this morning, looking forward to a holiday in Slovenia.
But when he attempted to show his Covid Pass on his phone to EasyJet staff, the app showed an error message.
He tried showing his paper vaccination card but says the staff were "having none of it" - although he wasn't sure whether they were aware of the issues with the app at the time.
Describing the situation as a "shambles", he tells the BBC he was turned away and missed his flight as a result.
Chuck says the airline have refused to give him a refund so he's hoping to book a new flight tomorrow instead.
In response, EasyJet said: “If any passengers were unable to board we will provide a free transfer to an alternative flight. Whilst this is outside of our control we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
