Quickbooks offers a huge number of features it’s one more feature is to track or record all the changes done by you and your members in the Quickbooks company data file. By this feature, you have a permanent record about who is changing at which time and what changes are made by them in Quickbooks. To use this feature you have to enable the audit trail in Quickbooks.

The Audit Trail feature lets you keep a record of who makes what changes to the QuickBooks data file. If you have more than one person changing the information in QuickBooks — in other words, you have multiple users working with the QuickBooks data file — you should select the Use Audit Trail check box.
